An Owner's Manual for ESI,
By Joe Treese (Greater Boston Area) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence: Cases and Materials (American Casebook) (Hardcover)
Judge Scheindlin wrote the book on eDiscovery, quite literally. The "Zubulake" opinions launched the saga, "Pension Committee" was the blockbuster spin-off, and this book jumps the analysis up by an order of magnitude - a must-read for anyone involved with eDD, whether lawyer, corporate IT or professor.(Note to newbies: start with the excellent, cliff-noted "Nutshell" version).

Thorough,
This review is from: Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence: Cases and Materials (American Casebook) (Hardcover)
This book is thorough and covers the subject well. It is written by the judge who wrote the Zubalake opinion, which has become the dominant case law on eDiscovery. She also had input from The Sedona Conference. It's an excellent resource.
