I bought this book in December of the last year when the new rules regarding e-discovery took effect. I have found this book to be an invaluable resource. Many of the other resources are dated because they were pre-FRCP e-discovery amendments. Most of the materials are also available electronically on the included CD. ([...])

Also included are 249 electronic case digests and a detailed glossary written in plain english.
