This review is from: Electronic Instrumentation and Measurement (Hardcover)
Although Electronic Instrumentation is not one of my favourite subjects, I find this book pleasant to read. It is very complete by showing a wide range of different instruments used to measure something in particular, the advantages and disadvantages of each measuring instrument and the mechanism behind them. Sometimes the book features too many electric circuits for my taste, but they are followed by careful description of how they work and are balanced with very interesting historical notes on measurements. The book also presents a chapter on statistics for analysing the measures taken and a useful glossary.
