For electronics hobbyists,
By Patrick Parker (LA, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Electronic Projects for the 21st Century (Paperback)
I've been an electronics hobbyist since TVs had tubes and transistor radios were leading edge technology. Over the years I've forgotten much of what I had learned. This book re-taught me what I had forgotten, in a better way than I had first learned it. The book has a lot of diagrams, analogies, examples, and applications. Overall it is a very good book.

Title is Misleading,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Electronic Projects for the 21st Century (Paperback)
This book has some interesting projects in it, but nearly the majority of the projects have absolutely nothing to do with electronics. The first chapter talks about recomginant DNA. That is indeed an interesting subject but has nothing to do with electronics. The second chapter talks about genetic evolution, another topic that has nothing to do with electronics. I believe that that title of the book is entirely misleading and that it should more appropriately be titled, "Science Projects for the 21st Century."
