1.0 out of 5 stars MAKE IT STOP!, May 19, 2000
THIS IS A TRIBUTE? Pink Floyd wasn't meant to be transformed into techno-torture. I can't see David Gilmour scratching up 33lp's on a turntable to give "Money" a beat. The soundclips alone: 1)crashed my computer 2)made my fiancee's ears bleed 3)made my cat go into a seizure. This album has one of 3 purposes: 1) an expensive coaster 2)an expensive frisbee 3)cruel and inhumane torture to extract secrets from captured spies.

1.0 out of 5 stars If Floyd knew this was going to happen..., August 23, 2006
This review is from: Electronic Tribute to Pink Floyd (Audio CD)
HOLY S**IT!!! Are you serious? I am an absolute fan of Floyd and Electronic/Techno music(how that happens, I don't know) but this is a tragic mistake that know realignment of the stars could ever correct. I am in no way taking from each of these contributers "talent", but come on! DID YOU EVER LISTEN TO THE ORIGINALS! I'll give credit to Hande Frei and Learning to Fly. It's different enough to be considered original for a tribute, but the others are absolute poop(keeping to the review guidlines...) Can you wash your eyers to get that sound out somehow? eechh...

1.0 out of 5 stars no way, August 27, 2002

This CD is awful. I'm not a die-hard Floyd fan, just a strong admirer, so I can assure you that my opinion isn't swayed when I say that almost every song on here sounds like a cheesy, eighties balad. Even if you've never heard of Pink Floyd you would know that these "remixes" are an atrocity.
