This 5.1 is priced for the budget minded person for personal or entertainment use. This is the perfect combination for the College student. With the tuner added in there are no additional expenses.
A quality product that is afforadable yet dependable.

For the cost, this system is very nice. It is particularly efficient for a smaller room though because the amount of cord given is not too much. The sound, again taking into account the price, is great as well. It is also easy to set up. All I had to do is plug the audio cords from my PS3 into the central system and plug the speakers into the central system as well and it was good to go, with no additional charges. One fairly big con though is the tuner, which doesn't have an overall volume knob, so you have to adjust the volume of each speaker individually anytime you change the volume (so you have to find the perfect blend in volume among the speakers all over again). However, overall this was a great buy!

It's great. It doesn't give a deafening, earth shaking experience but it gives definite depth to whatever you are watching.
