very general,

I was disappointed with this book. I thought I am going to find some detailed information about generator converters, IGBT or algorithms for generator control, but this book turned out to be very general and very short. I think it was written mainly by students. Waste of money.

I am an electrical instructor in a wind turbine program at a local community college. While this book delves into very few details, its overall explanation is good, and the diagrams are helpful too.
