The theory at the beginning of the book is helpful, but the technical summaries aren't really. Your results depend in large degree on your polymer and processing conditions which may or may not be addressed. I would recommend looking up technical papers online and buying a book about electrospinning theory such as An Introduction to Electrospinning and Nanofibers by Ramakrishna.
