If you're looking for a deal, look elsewhere. I just began taking a piano class about a month ago, and I was looking for a keyboard to practice with. I ordered this expecting decent quality, but this keyboard couldn't sound any worse. It's not worth the price at all. My roommate bought a Yamaha that's easily worth the $110. I don't know if other reviewers got a better quality product, but this is definitely NOT in the same league as a Yamaha (as another reviewer says). If you're considering buying a keyboard that you're going to use for more than a week or a month, buy something else. I wouldn't buy this for my little brother. I've never taken a music class in my life and even I could tell the sound was off. If you do decide to buy this, you're taking a pretty big risk of being disappointed.

I'm very dissapointed with this keyboard. It looks like a big piece of toy. The keyboard looks like it's made of cheap plastic. The owners manual consists of a few pages of photocopied papers stapled together. It doesn't have an address, phone number or warranty information. The sound quality is ok, but it dissapears after 2 seconds even leaving the keys pressed. I will definitely not recommend this keyboard to anyone. I rather pay extra $50 to $100 for a name brand item. I guess you get what you pay for. I just hope it won't break soon.

This keyboard is very poor quality. It rattled when moved as if there was a broken piece inside. It only worked on batteries. The power cord did not work. There were no instructions included. Customer service was very polite and quick to respond to complaint which is why I give 2 stars rather than one. Do not order. If you return product even with defects you must pay for return shipping yourself. The product is worth $5 at most.

I am a beginning piano student, so I figured I could use a simple keyboard for practice. I paid the extra money for expedited shipping, as I needed it quickly for my class.Upon turning on the device, I was worried. There was a constant feedback noise that occurred. At first I thought it was just faulty speakers. However, when I put in headphones, the feedback continued. Playing any song with chords also sounds HORRIBLE, as the notes are all slightly out of tune. How an electric keyboard can be so badly out of tune is beyond me. I'm sending this product back, even though it will be a big hassle. I'm going to have to break down and buy a casio or yamaha...at least they're dependable. Do yourself a favor and invest a little more money for a better board. You'll be saving money in the end (shipping, return fees, price of product, etc.).

This keyboard is excellent value for money, but BEWARE::: The power unit being supplied by Austin Bazaar is incorrect and WILL RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.

Check that a 9V power unit is supplied and NOT the 12V unit. The latter unit will cause the keyboard to overheat and eventually burn out, rendering your money lost.

This product is horrible - complete crime that they're selling this. The quality of the sound is absolutely horrific - that is, if you can get sound. i owned this keyboard for a month before it stopped turning on - plugged in or with battery, the keyboard will not turn on, and there is no information for servicing this product. so buyers beware!

I am completely satisfied with my purchase of this keyboard. It's not a really amazing quality but I think it's a very good value for the price. I was looking for a simple, inexpensive keyboard that I could practice piano with and this fits the bill perfectly. It has enough octaves that you can play most songs and a pretty good sound quality. It is a little loud and the sound seems a little off sometimes but I would purchase it again because it's the best price I've found and it certainly works for what I needed it to.

Product does not power on with the supplied adaptor or with the D batteries. Purchased as a holiday gift. Seller will not exchange or refund money. Item is junk and seller is NOT reputable. Just throw your money right in the trash rather than be frustrated.
