The picture of this product is deceiving. The actual cover is too narrow and too short to cover my car seat adequately. The beads are not as polished as those of the cover I had several years ago. And I just saw Walmart is selling a very similar seat cover for under $9. It was returned.

I use them for a year.. Some peaces of wood keep going out of the beaded and the wires inside are not well cut so it go out damaging my cloth. I wish Icould return them

I've bought the more expensive seat "cushions" which are great in colder weather but for staying cool in summer heat, short of the AC, nothing has yet beat these "beaded" cushions. They really do make a difference and sliding the top under the headrest usually keeps it in place. They're great year 'round. Another plus is no more static zap from synthetics. But oh when they finally fall apart! So sad, what to do with all those little loose beads.

the price is right,but it is not as big as it looks. The bottom is nowhere near wide enough to be comfortable, your legs are always half off and you fight with the bottom to stay put everytime you get in/out. (I'm a 175lb man) I enjoy beaded seat covers and I'm a big rig driver so I'm telling you spend more $ and buy one larger. It's worth it.

Bought 2 of these about 6 weeks ago and overall am very pleased. The quality seems pretty good, and the wood feels very comfortable. I like the fact that it protects the acual car seat, but the real benefit is the way the beads create a small air pocket for air to circulate into. It's easier for the air conditioning to penetrate behind one's body on hot days so it feels cooler quicker and I no longer have to worry about sweating on the seat. I would imagine the reverse will be true in the winter and that the warm air from the heater will circulate around so one has fewer contact points with the cold seat. Another benefit is that the feeeling of the individual beads seems to stimulate my senses in a way so that I feel slightly more alert and aware of my surroundings on long drives. Not sure if that will work for everyone. My only minor complaint would be that I wish there were some way to secure the bottom end of the cover to the seat, as it tends to shift sometimes while getting in or out of the car, but I have gotten used to sitting down on it carefully so it stays put.

The beads are comfortable, especially for longer trips, BUT...These seat covers are smaller than they appear in the photo, so they do not cover the entire seat and back (and I drive a tiny VW). Also, they only come with 2 flimsy strings to attach them to the seat, without any instructions, so after all my fighting and knotting, the ties lasted about a week before they busted. And the final kicker... I saw the exact same seat covers at Walmart last week for a few bucks cheaper than what I paid thru Amazon. Live & learn!

Great product. Somewhat easy to install. I had a bit of difficulty feeding the nylon ties through the back of the seat to attach to the frame. It was fairly priced. I bought the beaded cover to preserve the seat upholstery for a possible resale of the car.
