My 3 year old son looooooves bananas! That boy will eat an entire bunch in one sitting if I let him, so I always have bananas on hand. A while back while at the grocery store I picked up one of those cheap little white plastic holders. When I originally bought it, it wasn't getting much use so it spent a lot of time hidden in a cabinet. Now that I always have bananas out I really hated looking at that ugly thing on my counter.

This holder popped up while I was searching for something else kitchen related, and the second I saw it I added it to my cart. I absolutely love it! Now I don't cringe anymore when I glance over and see the banana holder out on the counter. It's sturdy, and elegant, and I couldn't be happier with it!

The individual who I purchased this device for hated her bananas lying on the counter because they would get brown and bruised from the family moving them out of the way. She also felt there must be a better way to display bananas. I knew that a chrome or bamboo hanger would not do for her style of kitchen and was very pleased to find this alternative.

This banana hanger is very stylish and I would foresee it matching most kitchen hues. As one would probably hope or anticipate, the bronze of this banana hanger is a shade of brown. I would think that individuals who have kitchens that mix brown and white, red, blue, orange or green would find this banana hanger to be very attractive in their kitchens.

The gift recipient said that she always has a bunch of bananas on the hanger. No buckling or fatigue in the metal has been noticed. The bronze exterior appears smooth and no chipping has occurred.

Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and would think this to be a sophisticated extension to a kitchen. If you are upgrading your banana hanger, trying to find a housewarming gift, or know someone who needs an attractive device for displaying bananas so they don't get bruised, consider this device.

Some hangers are hard to hook the bananas onto. This one is easy to use and it really does keep them fresh longer. I would let someone hang me from a hook if it would keep me from aging this well!!

The only down side is this is the second one I've bought. The first one lasted about a year and then the weld broke on it. I gave up waiting for my hubby to reweld it. I just bought a new one. I hope it lasts at least long enough for my husband to get the original one fixed. I figure that way I can always have one working one!

Very stylish.

I really like this hanger. It is a beautiful deep bronze finish and it displays the bananas nicely on the kitchen counter. Not too large and doesn't take up a lot of room. Time will tell if it will actually help with slowing down the ripening process, but I would expect that it could only help. Overall, a beautifully wrought piece that is classy and tasteful but not too plain or overly ornate.

It handles my Costco and BJ's 8 pack of HUGE bananas!!! and it looks great on my kitchen counter!! Not only does it look ELEGANT, but my bananas DEFINITELY stay fresher longer. when the bananas start to go, i make them into banana bread..not as much banana bread anymore! i use the trick of cutting the top snippet off and leaving a bit so that the last single banana can still hang off it's nieghbor's leftover top. =)

I've been searching for quite awhile for a bronze banana hanger in stores with no luck.

I was so tired of bananas turning brown so quickly when laying on the counter.

I've had the product for 6 months and it hasn't shown any wear...it looks as good as the first day it arrived! It'll hold a large bunch of bananas effortlessly. Bananas last twice as long now in our household now!

It holds bananas. It is entirely stable, and looks exactly like the picture. Our kitchen is decorated in varying shades of brown and this is sufficiently elegant to leave out on the counter all the time. A good product I would gladly buy again.

We used to get the cheap plastic banana tree and have to replace it at least once a year. With this bronze one we don't have to limit the number of bananas we get at a time, and we don't have to worry it will break when Im pulling one banana off. And yes, it does keep the bananas in great shape. No more squashed sides, bruises, etc. Love it! Well worth the price.

I bought this to replace my plain white plastic banana holder, which broke. I'm happy with this product and think it is a very good value. It seems very sturdy and stable. It lives up to it's name, Elegant, and won't have to stay hidden between the fridge and microwave.

This banana stand is very stable and looks very elegant in my kitchen. It easily holds two big bunches of bananas without tipping. I read the other reviews before buying this stand, and I was not disappointed!
