We are what we think. The author outlines areas in our lives and offers suggestions on making choices that will lead to happiness, self-esteme and peace of mind. BUT, you will only get these wonderful benefits if you are willing to put in the time it takes to transform yourself into a self-actualizing assertive person. It can be a life-long process. Wonderful book to set you on the right path.

Marsha Sinetar not only hits on the really hot spots in our lives, she does so with an incredibly aliveness and grace. I couldn't help but find myself again and again in this incredible book. I re-read it, it sits by my reading table in an honored space, a classic by any standard!

I am finding this book extremely interesting and insightful. The author illuminates the way to true personal growth and does not simplify or sugar-coat life and its obstacles. On the other hand, its motivating, uplifting and encouraging, bringing together ideas of great thinkers and the great faiths. It's a gem that I will re-read, recommend and keep!
