There was zero delay before it was shipped, although above it said there would be a 1-2 day delay. I ordered it on Sunday with Prime 2-day shipping, and it arrived on Wednesday. So, you may be lucky too.

The assembly instructions were so clear, and the assembly was so easy, that even a 65-year-old woman like me could assemble this item pretty easily. It took me about 2-3 hours, but it may be faster for you. There are many steps for the assembly, but each step is clear and not too hard to do. So, overall, I thought it was pretty easy. It was as though the person creating the instructions had actually assembled one of these before. All the holes were in the right places, the pictures were clear, and everything fit together perfectly and easily. I have assembled several pieces of furniture from Amazon and had to get help from a friend for most of the others, but not for this one. The only mistake I made, was to put in the top front piece with all the pretty scrollwork, upside-down. Oh well! So, I had to go back and fix that during the assembly process, but it did not take too long. If I had looked at the drawings several steps ahead before installing that piece, I could have seen my mistake beforehand and prevented that little problem.

Now that it is assembled, it is surprisingly sturdy and stable.

Some people mentioned that it seems shorter or smaller than they expected, so I uploaded an image to show the real size. It is smaller, true, but it is about right for my needs. One advantage of the fact that it isn't too tall, is that it did not hit the ceiling when I was lifting it up to put it in place.

There is plenty of room to remove the toilet lid if necessary to stop a running toilet or replace the valve, without moving this away from the toilet first.

Ordered this and took the doors out of the box only to notice that the curtains had some light but noticeable stains the size of a dime in two places. So, I had to box it up and return for a refund. It really is a cute item and if I wasn't so lazy about putting all the pieces together I might take a chance on ordering another one. Make sure you order from Amazon and not one of the other sellers on this site because Amazon is great with returns if there is a problem. They even refunded my shipping. That's why I shop Amazon and not the popular auction site whose name I'm probably not allowed to mention in this review.

We were quite amazed at how light the box was when we received it. The parts all went together well and the unit looks nice and is quite stable.

The doors are glass and the fabric curtain is just an accent. I had hoped (and my wife thinks I'm silly) that the door wouldn't have had glass, so if you had something wet, it'd evaporate easier while in the cabinet.

The only issue that arose related to the bottom crossbeam. No matter what height the manufacturer chose, somebody (like my family) was going to run into a conflict where the beam intersects the water feed pipes of the toilet. It would be nice if the design allowed for 2 possible choices of location for the crossbeam. *Note for readers: the black-out zone is from 6"-7" off the floor.

While there are many pieces to assemble the directions are among the best I have ever used and except for my missteps, like installing the doors up side down, the assembly went smoothly. One recommendation; using a magnetic screw driver makes the assembly go far easier then trying to hold the screws.

Very pleased with this piece! Shipped quickly and securely and the item is just as pictured. As other reviewers have said, there are many pieces but the instructions are quite clear...all you need is a Phillips screwdriver unless you want to anchor it to the wall; a drill would come in handy there. There were a few connectors with which I was unfamiliar but after a while I got the hang of it. It took an evening to put together. I'm glad I read some other reviews that recommended putting the legs in place in the bathroom first and then attaching the top after that. The crossbar on the legs was in a bad spot in terms of my water valve spigot, but I was able to move the bar up one peg (screwed the lower screw into the upper hole), and then it worked. It looks very nice, seems sturdy, and has been terrific for de-cluttering. I really love it. It's only really big enough for hand towels if you want to store them there, but perfect for toiletries. Highly recommend!

Since several other reviews included photos and theirs were very helpful to me (thank you!), I am including mine.

The cabinet looks really nice and elegant- as much as a space saver can be "elegant". Putting it together was a little bit of time consuming, but very easy (nothing brainy about that). BUT, I was little disappointed because the cabinet is not as deep as I thought it would. The picture fooled me with towels folded all nicely, because there is not much room to put (big) towels unless you roll them. To give you an idea of the depth of the shelf: it is about as big as a double roll of toilet paper. Some people wrote that the cabinet is stable, but it is not. My husband had to stabilize it screwing it to the wall, from inside the cabinet; also the bar at the bottom of the cabinet, to keep the cabinet stable, did not work for my bathroom. The bathroom is very small and narrow and there is no extra space behind the toilet itself to put the cabinet. So, when the instruction tells you put this bar between the leg of the cabinet, don't do it until you put our cabinet in place and then, add this bar.
