I am reasonably happy with it. The price is far more reasonable than others. The non adhesive side is nicely finished, easy to clean and does not stick to the underside of your carpet after install like most others. If money was no object, I would stay with Dynamat original in which I have lots of experience. I always use high heat with Dynamat original to install for the best bond. But this had to low of a melting point. As a conclusion, I didn't feel I got a good enough bond in the nooks and crannies. I also lined the inside of my computer case in an attempt to cut down fan noise- It was worth the time and about 5 square feet of eDead.

After reading reviews of sound deadening material, I was a little reluctant to spend the time and effort to try to quiet my Triumph Spitfire. I chose the v1SE material for best sound rating/cost ratio. Some other brands were a tiny bit quieter in the ratings but were much more expensive. The package came in only a few days! It was easy to work with and the hardest part of the project was removing the seats and carpet. I recommend using the rubber roller to get it pressed in place firmly. I spent 5 or 6 hours covering virtually every part of the floor, rockers, firewall, doors, and part of the trunk. 60 sq. ft. goes a long way in a British sports car. On the test ride, I wasn't expecting much but it made enough of a difference that the car is noticably quieter even with the top down (something I didn't expect). The whole car seems more solid. Your results may not be as good, the Spitfire came with zero sound insulation so this is a great improvement.

I went through many online reviews and finally bought this for my Corvair Restoration. It was easy to cut and put down (used a small wallpaper roller). It really gives the car a solid sound and very quiet. For extra engine noise reduction (air cooled rear-engine car). People can't get over how solid my 50 year old car sounds. It took 54 square feet to do the whole floor, door channels and firewalls.I also used a piece of left over Dynamat Hoodliner on the firewall since it is designed for engine noise suppression. I'll be ordering the eDead for my next two car restorations and a friend.

I love this product it was 1/3 the price of the Dmat and is thicker. It was easy to install and is super sticky. I used in the trunk and ceiling under my head liner and the floor of my project car. I will order it again for future cars.
