2 days already, did not ship the book yet. the book is for college. too late. waste my time. have to buy an another one. toooo bad seller. not reconmend.

It's a statistics book so how much fun is this review? I needed it for a class. I was a little disappointed with the condition it was in. It was not in great condition based on the review.

The only reason I bought this book new was to get the MathZone access code. My brand new, shrink wrapped textbook arrived yesterday, and it was missing the access code.

I am pretty bad at math and this book seemed to help walk you through the complicated world of stats pretty well!

My purchase was delivered a week before the delivery date and the book was in perfect condition. Online it said used but good, the book looks like it has never been touched. This has been one of my best purchases.

This book looked like a brand new. I'm very happy. I feel like like getting new text book. Thank you!

No my problem was not resolved. I did not realize I ordered from a third party and this customer service is very bad.
I ordered the book for a class that starts next week. Now I will not have the book or the refund before the class and I ordered the book over a month ago. Many students say order on Amazon because textbooks are cheaper but really this agrivation is not worth it. Also it was completly lame when I e-mailed the link and asked to track the book through ups and the reply was that the owner did not purchase a tracking ticket. I know amazon does not want bad facebook and twitter about unhelpful and difficualt book purchasing. College students let each other know when the process does not work.

I expect your customer service to speed up my request and credit my account or send a check sooner then the two weeks stated because it is the right thing to do and because bad PR is very expensive. Also education is a way in which students can elevate themeselves and I know the founders of amazon want to support students in there effort.

I will not recomend purchasing used books this way again.

The book was in very good condition. It looks brand new. I will definetly order from this company again. It came just when I needed it!!!!
