Don't buy this book,

Our school used this book for Electromechanical Systems I & II. We are half way through the first semester and have found ALOT of mistakes in this book. I know it is a first edition, but the with the amount of mistakes we have found in just the first 100 pages, leads me to believe it was never proofread. This book is also VERY hard to read. Alot of steps and concepts are left out completely. It seems to be written with the impression that the potential reader already knows this stuff. Our school has decided to use a different book for the second semester, so now we all need to buy another book. If your school decides to use this book, be sure to tell them to go thru the book first.
