Elements of Logic a brief review
I have just purchased the Elements of Logic and it has already proven to be a huge help in my studies and work of apologetics. It was quoted in a video I launched on YouTube and has been used to give definitions of logical terms and phrases in the comments section as well. Barker Errata 1985 4th edition Page: Correction: Comment 2 FOR Irish PUT English:BOOLE WAS ENGLISH, BUT HE TAUGHT IN IRELAND. The mistake occurs elsewhere, for example in Kneebone's book.

This book is good in its explations but it does not contain enough. There are no answers to the excercises so you don't know if you are studying properly. The CD is just another book PDF. No interactive excersises that help or anything of the sort. Stay away from this book if you can!

I would rank it second only to Copi and Hurley but a well written 3rd text book. It is definitely money well invested and will sharpen up your logical skills. I encourage a perusal of this well written volume.

This book has good mathematical approaches on Venn diagram and deductive arguments. It also contains many good problems.
