A very useful guide for teaching or researching stress in the emergency services, the text presents suggested minimal qualifications for instructors who teach stress topics. For example, the Basic CISD training course is meticulously outlined in a ready to teach format. The text outlines clear guidelines to perform research in the fields of CISD and CISM.
