More About the Author

As the author of the three listed books, I am delighted to know that they are still available and selling. When I wrote these books I had just lost my best horse to a brain tumor and was devastated. I wrote the first book, The Beginner's Guide to Horses, to help anyone who was thinking of buying a horse, to avoid may of the common pitfalls associated with purchasing a horse. Of course, as time went on, I decided the new (and not so new) horse owner might just want a book on all the complexities of managing a stable properly, so book two, "Stable Management - An Illustrated Guide", was born. Later I decided to incorporate the high spots from all three books into a third book and thus, "Horse Care A-Z" came into being.

Over the past 30 some years, I have continued to write and have been published in magazines, as well as having some of my other photography published as well. I am still writing, only now I am working on a biography of E.A.Poe, as well as on a book of Japanese Tanka and Haiku poetry. I am still busy, and hope to continue to be in the writing field for many years to come.
