Be prepared for a different type of cleanse that looks like it is taking slimy gunk out of your body. The Dr. Natura Cleanse worked really well and be prepared to see pictures on the website of how this has cleansed other people, I was in shock, disgusted, but amazed that it works so well. The fiber that comes with it gets thick fast, so you have to make sure you down it fast with some fruit juice to cover the taste. But you will definitely be cleansed with the two of these products.
