5.0 out of 5 stars Well Done History of Elephant Hunting, January 5, 2008
This review is from: Elephants, Ivory, and Hunters (Hardcover)
This is a well-written book that covers the history of elephant hunting, provides biographical sketches of some of Africa's prominent elephant hunters, relates the author's own elephant hunting experiences, and discusses the animal and its conservation as well. I enjoyed it and felt that I learned a lot. Sanchez-Arino is unquestionably one of the most experienced elephant hunters of modern time, and any serious student of African hunting should spend some time with this book.
