3.0 out of 5 stars Some useful information, February 21, 2012
This review is from: Elevator & Escalator Rescue: A Comprehensive Guide (Hardcover)
I purchased this book hoping to learn about elevator operations. Unfortunately, this book is more like an introduction to elevators than it is a guide to operations for elevator rescue. Would like to see more "here's what to do" instead of just a bunch of pictures of elevators and how they operate.
