Way lighter than my old ones, yet don't feel cheap. Really happy with my purchase.

First off these pedals look surprisingly similar if not identical to pedals you will find from about 10 different brands. My assumption was that perhaps they are from the same Asian factory and simply priced differently depending on the perceived "brand" quality. I ordered these because they were the cheapest I could find. Right out of the box, I was a bit disappointed when they were pretty rough spinning; one was quite a bit worse than the other. Popping off the end cap and loosening the axle nut slightly was all that it took to make these pedals spin smoothly and freely. I am very happy with my purchase now. If you decide to duplicate my rework, you will need to remove enough cage screws to rotate the cage out of the way and access the end cap and axle nut.

These are great for the price as long as you are not really putting a lot of pressure into your peddling. For around town or street riding and occasional casual mountain trail riding these are great.
