This is not the full story like the movie, but does focus on Buddy's time growing up different in the world of Elves and and think it had a great message for very young children. The pictures were great.

I expected this book to be an exact replica of the ELF story from the movie but it wasn't. I also expected it to be written for any age but it was really written for really little kids. I am a big fan of the movie and wanted a souvenir. Unfortunately mine arrived a little worse for wear and was missing a page but it was still just a little disappointing. It wouldn't be for little kids though.
