Elita and "Her Room" --ZERO stars, December 21, 2009

I have been wearing this same bra for over 7 years. I just ordered 4 of these from "Her Room", same model and same size as I have been wearing for seven years. As soon as I opened the package I realized they were considerably bigger and wider than the ones I have been wearing. I checked the labels and, despite the huge difference in size, according to the labels, the size and the model (8838) are the same. (?) So I called the seller, "Her Room", and talked to three different representatives. None of them seemed to be willing to serve or even find out what was going on with the bras. I asked the first representative if they knew whether the model has been modified by the manufacturer, but the rep. did not seem interested in giving a hand or finding out. I called once again and hit another representative who tried to convince me that I had ordered the wrong size. I insisted that I ordered the same size and model, told her that I have been wearing the same model and the same size for over 7 years. She did not care and insisted that I must have ordered the wrong bra. When I asked to talk to a supervisor in order to get help, the representative hang up on me. As I was really wanting to find another Elita bra that was as comfortable as this one, I called for the third time in hopes that someone would finally find out what I had happened to these models and what else I could order from them. I hit another representative who also told me (TWICE) that I must have ordered the wrong item.
I am disappointed both in Her Room and in Elita manufacturers. If the manufacturer decided to make the bras in bigger sizes, then they should have also changed the number of the sizes, something they failed to do. Changing sizes without modifying the numbers shows the company's total disrespect towards the old time buyers. It is a shame because, though the bras cannot be worn for every occassion, they are pretty comfortable and I sincerely wanted to keep on buying them. As for "Her Room" customer service, it is the WORST I have EVER bumped into.
