Excellent tool for gymnastics and Cross Fit,

Some months ago I began a gymnastic training along with the P90X program, instead of doing some of the normal exercises like chair dips or pushups now I'm doing ring dips and ring push ups and find that are a lot harder to do.
The video DVD give me some tips to do more exercise variations. |
