I went to numerous local stores trying to find a small white framed mirror for a half bath. I couldn't find anything the right size. The ones close to the right size were at least 50% more expensive. With free shipping this was a great deal. The shelf sticks out a little farther than expected. It actually makes it useful in addition to adding character to the mirror.

This is a great value if you're looking for a mirror with some nice design. The included template made installation very easy for a first-time installer ( my daughter). A great value. I got more for other rennovations I am doing in the home.
