1. Not a fixed gear bike- A.k.a it is not like the spinning bikes that you come across in the gym, you can coast on this bike.
2. Part came to us broken
3. When dissambling the product for return the screws and bolts broke in our hands.
4. This is NOT A PRODUCT FOR TALL PEOPLE. I am 6'1" and I do not fit on this bike. Anyone above 5'10" would not fit properly on this bike.

I'v had my bike set up for about 3 weeks now and I love it!!! It's one of the best investments I've made for my "gym" room!!! Now if I can just keep my hubby off it!!! I do believe he is enjoying it as much as I am!!! Great bike!!! Great price!!! Fast shipping!!!

The company is easy to deal with. The bike is amazing. We had a little issue with the delivery; the frame got bent probably during transportation and the company did something about it right away! I was very please with the quick respond and immediate solution. It will be a pleasure to deal with them again... As i also need a treadmill! : ) The bike is a wonderful addition to my gym and i am making a great use out of it. Thank you very much again

I am 5'2" and it is not comfortable to use. I cycle at the gym and wanted one for home, it not as comforatable as I would like. I have made all the adjustments I can, and it still is not a smooth ride. Also, its difficult to do a standing climb on this bike, its hard to describe, but standing climb takes more of a pounding on your knees than it should normally.

I purchased this spin bike for my Hubby. He used to go to a spin class and believed that if he had a spin bike at home he would use it more. BUT....he also believed that it had to cost ALOT, and that it absolutely had to have certain thngs.
I asked him what his requirements were, and said let me do some research.
I found this bike which had all the components that he wanted and more (like a computer). It was more adjustable than the one at the gym, yet heavy and sturdy.
I showed him the description and blacked out the price...he was very excited and said it had all he wanted and more.When I showed him the price her nearly fainted!
He has now been using it for a few weeks and loves it. It was packed well and easy to assemble.

This bike is better than the bikes at our spin class in the gym. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality unit. I am 6'2" and this bike fits me very well.
