Dont waste your time,

The book is a mere 64 pages with very little information. The font is enormous and half of the pages are full sized pictures. I give the book one star for the 6 pages in the "Preparing the Mind" chapter was a pretty good read. But, this book is definitely not worth $20. For just about the same amount you can get Tom Clancy's "Special Forces" book which is a wealth of information.
