Wraps around my ankles with ease. It could also be used for wrists.
The cold pack last a little more than an hour. The gel packets are vertical allowing the ice wrap to be flexible. One downside is that the gel packs are not replaceable. Also no logo is on the velcro strap as shown in the pictures. 2115|R5ELFH7Y3Y4CJ;
