This is the newest product line from Elite-Tek. It has solid build and very easy to operate. It features 100% submersible receiver is perfect for outdoor training, such as swimming. It will work best for medium to large dogs. This unit is for 1 dog training.

I've had this collar for a couple months now, and it works fine. I had the same issue reported in another review, in that initially it didn't seem to do anything. The first thing I did was change out the prongs to the longer ones (it comes with both a long and short set to work with your dog's hair length). Then I played around with the collar fit, tightening and loosening it until I found the loosest setting that still works. Now that that's dialed in, it works almost every time. My dog is running around like a little nut at the dog park, so it does shift sometimes, I just call him over and adjust.
All in all this collar will do what you expect from a training collar, and it's one of the most reasonably priced ones out there. Note that the button must be pushed to initiate a correction, it will not do it automatically every time the dog barks. I was a little disappointed when I found that out, but that's on me for not reading carefully enough about the features. And it's ok anyway, some barking is ok. Now I push the button and say the word "quiet" at the same time, in the hopes of associating the word with the correction, and eventually getting results w/o the collar.
All in all this collar will do what you expect from a training collar, and it's one of the most reasonably priced ones out there. I was very pleased with these collars! I have owned bark collars before that automatically dispense a correction if the dog continuously barks, but both collars (different brands) eventually ended up breaking in that they would stay on and continuously shock the poor dog! Luckily I had it set to a low shock and caught it right away, but I decided that if I was going to use a training collar, it needed to be one that I controlled.
When I got the Elite-tek collars, I immediately hand tightened the prongs and then had to read through the directions twice to understand what was needed to "program" the receivers. The directions were perfectly clear (and in good English!), but you must program the collars to the transmitter and to the proper dog indicator (dog 1, 2 or 3). It also made it clear, but I missed some of the directions the first time through, as I was skimming instead of reading it carefully. Once I went back and caught my mistake, it was pretty easy to get them up and running (before that they would not work). Perhaps the negative remarks about these collars were because they missed the very specific directions. I think if anyone took their time, they could get them functioning fine in no time at all.
The collars have worked very well! We have put them through the ringer, as they have been through heavy rain, flooded streams and copious quantities of mud! I am VERY pleased with these collars and am going to order a 3rd receiver for my other dog (the transmitter handles 3). It really does work on all types of dogs as I have both German Shepherds and Miniature Australian Shepherds.

This works great! Our dog would turn around and look at us and I think he was laughing as he kept going. Since we bought this collar, we've only had to actually shock him one day. Now if he's not listening, we only have to use the tone once and he comes right away or stops the behavior we want him to stop. We have a lab mix, so we use the larger prongs and we have 35 acres with 2 ponds and this product is perfect. We love that it's rechargeable and waterproof. This was worth every penny and I would definitely recommend.
