5.0 out of 5 stars My Review on Elizabeth Blackwell, April 15, 2005
By
This review is from: Elizabeth Blackwell: Girl Doctor (Childhood of Famous Americans) (Paperback)
A girl that always wanted to be an Doctor, who cared for animals and loved to help people, Elizabeth Blackwell. It is a true story I would suggest for all ages. This book is about a girl who wants to be a doctor but can't because shes a girl. She trys anyway, she fights for it becomes one. I like this book because it tells me if someone wants to be something they will try and try there hardest for it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Elizabeth Blackwell Girl Doctor, May 15, 2002
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Elizabeth Blackwell: Girl Doctor (Childhood of Famous Americans) (Paperback)
Elizabeth Blackwell wants to become a doctor, but people told her that girls could not do this. Elizabeth kept her dreams and became the first woman doctor. If you like biographies and want to read about a girl who believes in her dreams and becomes what she wants to be, then this is a good book for you.
