When I bought these, I expected multi-use. I figured each plank would last a good month of summer grilling. While not mentioned in the description, on the packaging it says one time use only. I still expect to get multiple uses out of it, but it's annoying that it wasn't mentioned online. It was already annoying that it's listed organic. That's like calling a tree free-range. There is no such legal definition of wood.
