Great tasting Salmon!
I grilled three Salmon steaks on these planks and it was fantastic. The cedar flavor made the fish pop. I'm definately ordering more. Great product!

"PERSONAL SIZE"
When they say "personal size" it means if you took an avocado and sliced it in half, it would fit. And a very small piece of fish with no marinade would work. If you have more than one person, or one person that is really hungry, these are not for you.

Great addition to the barbeque kitchen set-up. Good size for single serve, quite favorful and holds up well in the grill.

bought these to originally grow a staghorn fern on,growing nicely i must say,my daughter used the left overs to grill on ,they work good,soak them for 10 minutes prior to grilling
