This clever tool is equally at home in a restaurant or home kitchen. I have both the stainless and original red/black version... and we have dozens of them at 17th Street Bar & Grill--the health department loves the stainless version! Well designed and excellent quality. These are the perfect length for working on a grill or pit and ergonomically correct, too. The silicone bristles hold an amazing amount of sauce. And clean up is a breeze--simply toss in the dishwasher. You will love this mop!
