The watch arrived with one of the pins connecting it to the band unattached. When I contacted Fossil they gave me the choice of returning it or taking it to a local Fossil store. Luckily, the local store wasn't too far away and the pin was replaced in a matter of minutes and in time to give the watch as a Christmas present.
