Very Disappointed!, March 27, 2011

It is not of good quality. The handbag was not worth the money and shipping I paid for it. The hardware is not brass as listed. As a matter of fact it is not a antique brass look at all. The zipper pull is a small ring not fully secure (a gap) with a very small piece of material that is not leather which might last the first time I carry it to my daughter's spring wedding. The wrapped part that you see on the handles securing the handle to the metal pieces/handbag is the same material as I have described used on the zipper pull. How long do you think that will stay together? The handle had an oil stain on the handle like whoever has handled this handbag had a lot of handlotion on them. Geez, I hate having to put this bag down because I really like the design and look. I am keeping it because I just don't have time to return it and find another handbag in this color and style. What has happened to the quality of our manufactured goods in this nation? Shame on whoever made this handbag and sold it. In conclusion I have taken the "streamers" off of the handbag...(same material as zipper pull) and I will attempt to make a new zipper pull should the zipper pull break.
