About the Author
Ellyn Maybe, aka the Giggling Goddess of Spoken Word, was born in 1964 in Wisconsin. She has been the Los Angeles representative on the MTV Spoken Word Tour, the author of four books of poetry and one audiotape. She has traveled the Western United States opening for the Carma Bums. Her poetry has been published in Tsunami, Blue Satellite, Six, Dance of the Iguana, OnTarget, Red DanceFloor, Caffeine, and 51%. She is frequently heard on Los Angeles public radio.
