This album is very unique to me being that it's taking what has already been done and putting it's own twist to it. The originality (to most folks) is not their but I feel the album has created it's own genuine style for bringing back the essence of hip hop where it was all about the skill of lyricism with the production being live instrumentation it refreshes the sound of a classic album by one of raps elite artist(Nas).This is one of the top albums to come out this year great production, superb wordplay and storytelling what more can you ask for?

You will not regret buying this album, Elzhi rocked this album with will sessions. It does make me want to listen to Illmatic but listening to Illmatic makes me want to listen to Elmatic.

This is basically a remake of Nas's classic Illmatic but with Elzhi doing it. Same beats but of course different spits. Elzhi tears it up and proves to be one of the best and most underrated.This is way better than some of the albums out today. Forget all the bubble gum rap music, this is HIP HOP. Great album BUT Nas killed it on Illmatic and you just cant replace him like that.
