I am a preschool teacher so anything Eric Carle is usually great! I found this when it was at a very low price so decided to order 3 and put a couple away for gifts. The beads are pretty cheaply made (not wooden) but the sequencing/patterning cards are really cute. I came back on to order more, but the price increased:( I will be keeping a look out for similar items or this one again to go on sale.

Kept my 3 year olds attention for about 30 minutes, then he was done, and hasn't gone back to it again.
