My two year old grandaughter loves this book. She used to be fearful when she saw a large firetruck with loud sirens. She loves Elmo and considers him to be her friend. She now she recognizes firefighters and their trucks as being friends and says they are going to help people.

My son loves everything Elmo and the more board books I can find the better because they are so much harder for a toddler to destroy!
