My least favorite of the Eloise Ready-To-Read books,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Eloise Has a Lesson (Ready-to-Read. Level 1) (Paperback)
I love these books, and so does my daughter. It's a nice way for me to introduce Eloise, and she loves the stories of Eloise.
This is my least favorite of the books, though. Eloise has a math lesson with her tutor, Philip, but she doesn't want to do math. It doesn't go to the level of math is hard, like Barbie did, but it would've been nice if it were English that she didn't like, or French, or History. Math is touchy. Of course, in the end (I hope I'm not spoiling anything!) Eloise is more than capable of doing the math, but that's beside the point. |
