I was Smurfette for Halloween and this hat worked perfectly!!!!!!! It arrived in plenty of time and the quality is great! There were actually a couple of other Smurfettes this year and everyone commented on my hat:-) It stayed on my head and didn't itch. I would recommend this hat and the company I got it from for the fast shipping! (I am an adult, if that helps you decide on the sizing:-)
