I love this movie! I stumbled across it accidentally because it was recorded after Dirty Dancing on a videotape and I ended up watching it from start to finish and was hooked. It is so neat to hear Priscilla's story of her life with Elvis. Her endless love for him from the time she was 14 years old just melts my heart. I cry thru this whole movie, both tears of happiness and sadness and have the dialogue memorized. I feel like I totally know Priscilla and can empathize with her relationship with Elvis completely. Everyone I show this movie to loves it, even if they were never an Elvis fan to begin with. Even if you have never heard of Elvis, you must see this movie, you won't regret it!

I too would like to have a good copy of this movie as mine is recorded from tv and the sound is distorted in the beginning. PLEASE RE-RELEASE!

I saw this movie for the first time on January 8, 2000 and I thought that it was WONDERFUL. I taped it off of the TV and I must have watched at lest 3-4 times since then. My favorite scene of the entire movie though is the scene at the end, when "You Were Always On My Mind" and is shows the funeral procession and then the pictures of Elvis and Priscilla. I really love this movie, I can't watch it without crying. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE RE-RELEASE THIS GREAT FILM!

I just happened to accidently catch this movie (ELVIS and ME) on VH1. Now there was nothing good on tv so i started to watch this and before i knew it i was really in to it! Now im not a Elvis fan (more of a MADONNA Fan) but i have to admit this Movie did make me curious about him. This was a great love story, but i also had to keep reminding myself that this movie was a true story based on Priscilla Presley's Memoirs. I highly recommend this movie, it's a little long but well worth it! Catch it on VH1 from time to time!

When I first saw this movie Elvis and Me, I didn't think I would like it that much. Then I changed my mind. Dale Midkiff did a WONDERFUL job playing Elvis. The way he would smile, laugh, look dramatic, and look at the actress Susan Walters whom was playing Precilla. Dale made it feel like you were in the movie and seeing how Elvis would treat his young wife with love. All I could say was WOW. It made me realize that I wanted to do this kind of thing. I want to be an actress when I am a little bit older. The director did a great job with this film. I love this movie. I watch it every day and all the time. Also, I am now a bigger fan of Elvis Presley than I was before I saw this movie. I give this movie 5 stars. This is one of the best movies I have ever seen in my entire life. I LOVE THIS MOVIE. It is my favorite movie ever.

Elvis and me is based on the book with the same name written by Elvis Presley's ex wife Priscilla Presley. And the movie shows Elvis and Priscilla before and after their marriage. Elvis Presley's mom Gladys Presley died in August the year before Elvis met his future (and only wife). The Movie starts out in 1959 in Austin Texas, where Priscilla (Susan Walters) has to move to Germany. While in Germany she meets Currie Grant (Greg Webb) at a club (where an Elvis Presley look alike contest) is going on. He asks her to meet Elvis. And she talks to her Mom (Linda Miller) and step-father (Jon Cypher). They agree and off to Elvis' house. Where she meets Elvis' father Vernon (Billy Green Bush) and Elvis's grandma Minnie Mae Presley (the late Anne Hanley) and Elvis Presley (Dale Midkiff). The real Priscilla Presley was the exective producer on this film. Buy the book and the movie (if you are lucky enough to find a copy of the movie). And if read and seen the movie, try some other Elvis books.

I saw this movie on TV like most people and I was hooked! I couldn't look away for one second! This is one of the greatest love stories ever and it is told very well. Who cares if Priscilla left out some things! It's her life and Elvis', some things should stay private. Anyways I could not find it anywhere for a good price and on DVD until I checked good ol' eBay! If you are looking for a copy of this and on DVD,eBay is the way to go! I got mine for $35(shipping and handling included!)instead of $100 and something dollars on VHS! This is a must for all Elvis and Priscilla fans!

Elvis and Me truly packed a wallop! I am desperate to find it again so PLEASE PLEASE re-release it! Priscilla Presley's autobiography truly shined on screen and I will continue my ardent search for the video. PLEASE RELEASE IT !! PLEASE!

I've searched and searched for this movie everywhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere and now I realize why. Although my friend did buy the movie a few years back at a K-Mart she ended up selling it to an uncle of hers because it was their favorite movie also. I would love to get a hold of the movie, ever since the first time I watched it I loved it and have always wanted to own it. Plus it turned me into an Elvis fan right away. They used to show every year on TV right around Elvis' birthday and I'd watch it every year but the last few years I've watched for it I don't know if I miss it or if they just stopped playing it.

I just love the movie so much and I'd love to have my own. PLEASE RE-RELEASE THE MOVIE PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!

This movie is by far one of the best I've ever seen. I'm not even a huge Elvis fan, but I loved it anyway. It has everything from romance and love to dissapointments and betrayals. I came across this movie on VH1 over a year ago and I have been looking for it ever since. I only have the last half recorded and I really want a complete version and I know you will too!

I love this movie and I cry every time I see it. this movie is a great movie and I can't wait until it is released again.
