Shorter sections list Elvis's recording sessions; concert, TV, and radio appearances; discographies of his singles, albums, and CD's; and a host of other miscellanea. I read this book from cover to cover. Practically every question you want an Elvis answer for is in this book. There was one question I could not find an answer for and on the back cover it said it was in it. I could not find the answer to what was Elvis's favorite ice cream. I searched this book over and over to find that answer! Ha! I really enjoyed all the information on his movies--the trivia bits and the bloopers made it interesting to me. Lots of hard work and research went into this.

Great book when you want to know something quick and specific but don't need a lot of details. I like how it is divided into three sections - The Man, The Performer, and His Music. It's easy to find what you're looking for. This is the third copy of this book that I have purchased. I keep one at home, one at work, and gave one to my grandson. Very good reference book and highly recommended.
