Book Description

July 15, 2008
Emancipation is a state of being that is a stepping-stone towards Life unimaginable to the average person. Yet it no longer should be unimaginable. In fact, it should now be regarded as an achievable goal. The author has strived to put what is a deeply subjective experience for each individual—and yet something very basically impersonal—into a form that is a sort of map of the territory of the condition of spiritual emancipation. Although this subject can be and is approached through religion, it is in no way limited to that. This book describes the state of spiritual emancipation as it would have seemed in the past, as it is now, and how it perhaps may be in the future, as well as a detailed description of aspects of emancipation during the present years.

About the Author

Brenda Cutrell is a Doctor of Philosophy in Religious Studies. She completed her doctoral research at Sancta Sophia Seminary, Tahlequah, OK. She has been in the field of esoteric studies for more than twenty-five years and studying humanity for a great many more yet. Part of that study involved observing emancipated individuals and groups in action. Brenda has attained an in-depth understanding of categories of energy. It has allowed her to delve into “ancient mysteries” and come up with a very practical interpretation of them in those terms. Her work is eclectic and draws on many of the classics (the Bailey material, Theosophy, and more) plus the recent work of a widely-known Latin American philosopher, José Trigueirinho Netto, some of whose work Brenda has translated into English. Her ability to synthesize from a wide array of teachings, to visualize and describe what is occurring at this time to individuals and to groups is her gift to the reader. To read this book is a journey into many parts of a universe of attempts to language the unimaginable, multidimensional, hard to fathom human existence.
