Very Helpful,

I really cannot say enough about this supplement. I am currently outlining for W&T, and this supplement has made it very easy. This subject has fairly simple rules, but it is hard to keep them all straight. This supplement has made the big picture easy to focus on.
If you have this textbook, get this supplement.

I agree with what's been said about typos. That said, look past the few, and you've got a great supplement. Well organized, and the content is great. I was well-prepared for my WET exam (and did very well). After reading it cover to cover, and taking an exam, I think the previous reviewer's "full of mistakes" label is a bit hyperbolic.

I really want to love this book. Currently I am 32 pages in reading the intestacy material. The book has mistakes in it. I brought it to my professor after noticing inconsistencies between this book and the Dukeminier casebook it is keyed to. On page 22 when dealing with UPC intestacy approach the Emanuels has incorrect information. This was confirmed by my professor. I wouldn't mind but I keep coming upon errors in editing and information. I will say though that I like the book and the way it is organized very much.

My professor was not the clearest of individuals. She could get quite confusing. However, the trusty Emanuel Outline was there as a solid study aide. This outline is well worth the cost. The following semester I was handling some wills and estates work in our law school's clinic. My handy Emanuel Outline was right there with me aiding as a starting point for many issues.Overall, it all depends on your professor, but I guarantee this outline won't hurt.

Very helpful in outlining.
Numerous typos and grammatical errors are a bit distracting but the actual information is great. |
