5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Supplement, September 27, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Emanuel Law Outlines: Civil Procedure - Yeazell Edition (Paperback)
This is a great study aid for civil procedure. When we first started going over personal jurisdiction in class I was lost and confused. But when I read over the material in this book, it started to make sense to me. It is also a great resource for outlining. The way the book is set up gave me a nice general template for my own outline and it was also a great supplement for things I had missed in my class notes or case briefs. Even though there is a newer edition out, this one has worked just fine for me. And though this is not keyed to our textbook, the material is essentially the same.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent, but not great..., May 24, 2009

Will help supplement a difficult course, but is seriously lacking in detail. The book could stand more examples and case references.
