The Emasculator is a novel on crime; those who commit it, those who suffer from it, and one man, Joseph North, who decides to do something beyond being a surviving victim of his wife’s assault and death at the hands of a serial rapist. His answer of terminal solution – emasculation — achieves his desired effect of developing fear and deterrence where the courts and justice system have previously failed. Again and again he terminates, cruelly and without law enforcement detection. Now he is on the trail of his most ambitious venture; a national figure whose self-indulgence at society’s moral expense more than qualifies emasculation. He is trailed a step behind throughout the story by the media, the police and his own fears as he targets the final chapter of solution — his own freedom.
