I bought this for my daughter's birthday gift. Thank goodness it arrived 3 weeks before her birthday, because it gave me plenty of time to return it and buy something else. When item arrived, it came with horrible directions. The company does not have any phone support for this line of MP3 players. However, they do answer emails within 1-2 business days. Their answers are absolutely wrong. I think the company is being ran by High Schoolers, no joke .Emails back and forth are nonsense, epecially when I have so many questions about the product. My daughter wanted a camera and video camera for her birthday. She also loves music and movies. I thought this all in one MP3 video player would be the perfect gift. I bought this item from Walmart and the reviews were very decent. I can't believe why, but from my experience, Walmart does not post all reviews. Especially the negative ones. Also, the converter CD they sent for movies was a flop and the picture/video quality was as bad as you can get. I could go on and on....but this product has already taken up my valued time - so I'm done.

After much research and not wanting to spend over [...] bucks, I decided to purchase this. Mainly due to the many features. I was really interested in the ereader function but alas when I got it it read only txt files. So needless to say I don't use that function very much but I do otherwise love it. Very glad I got it. I have had no problems transferring music or video onto it. It's just great.

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 10. It was not difficult to download the music from a website or to transfer from a CD. I bought this product for the price only but found that it was far more versatile than my personal iPod. She loves it and has not difficulty navigating through the programs.
